Windows and Sliding Doors: The Entry Points People Forget
Locks and restrictors for windows, patio doors and balcony sliders.
Many break-ins happen through a back window or a sliding door left with a weak latch. These are quiet, out of sight, and often have the flimsiest hardware in the house.
We fit keyed window locks to timber and aluminium frames, and window restrictors that let a window open for air but not wide enough for a child to fall or a person to climb through.
Sliding doors are another weak spot. A worn latch can be lifted from outside. We repair or replace sliding door locks and can add a secondary bolt or bar for extra security.
