When you call, we ask a few quick questions: where you are, what kind of door or lock it is, and whether anyone is in danger. If a child or pet is locked inside a car or a home, tell us first and call 000 if anyone is at risk. We then give you an honest estimate of arrival time and the cost before anyone leaves the van.
Most emergency jobs are solved on the spot. We open the door using non-destructive entry wherever the lock allows it, fix or replace the failed part, and make sure the door locks properly before we leave. If a lock has been damaged in a break-in, we secure the property that night so you are not left with an open door.
We carry common deadlocks, deadbolts, cylinders, latches and strike plates on board, so in most cases the repair is finished in one visit.

How late are you open?
We are open 10am to 1am Monday to Friday, and 10am to 1:30am on Saturday and Sunday.
Will you have to drill my lock?
Usually not. We use non-destructive entry first. Drilling is a last resort, and we tell you before we do it.
Can you secure my home after a break-in?
Yes. We repair or replace damaged locks and strikes and make the door secure the same night.
