How quickly can a locksmith get to me in Lilyfield?
We are based on Justin Street in Lilyfield, so Inner West call-outs are close by. When you call we give you an honest arrival estimate based on traffic and the jobs already underway.
What are your opening hours?
We are open 7 days: 10am to 1am Monday to Friday, and 10am to 1:30am on Saturday and Sunday. That covers most late-night lockouts.
Will you tell me the price before you start?
Yes. We give you a quote over the phone based on what you describe, and confirm it on site before any work begins.
Do you damage the door when opening it?
We use non-destructive entry first. In rare cases, such as a broken high-security lock, drilling is needed. We always tell you before we do it.
What areas do you cover?
Lilyfield and the surrounding Inner West, including Rozelle, Balmain, Birchgrove, Leichhardt, Annandale, Haberfield, Five Dock, Drummoyne, Glebe, Petersham and Stanmore.
What do I need when the locksmith arrives?
Photo ID and some proof that you live at the property or own the vehicle or safe. This protects you and your neighbours.
Can you replace a lock if I lost my keys?
Yes. We replace the lock cylinder or the whole lock so the lost keys no longer work. Your new lock comes with its own keys.
Do you work on businesses as well as homes?
Yes. We service shops, offices, cafes and strata buildings, including after-hours work.
