We use specialised entry tools designed for modern vehicles, so the paint, weather seals and window mechanisms stay intact. We work on most makes and models, from older hatchbacks to late-model SUVs.
If a child or animal is locked inside, tell us immediately when you call. On a warm day, call 000 first. Every minute matters.
Before we open the car, we ask for ID and proof that the vehicle is yours, such as the registration papers inside once opened, or your name matching the rego records.

It might. Once the door is open you can disarm it with your key or fob.
Do you damage the window?
No. We do not break glass. Our tools work through the door seals without damage.
Can you come to a car park?
Yes, as long as we can reach the vehicle. Tell us the level and bay if you can.
